• Adopting a risk-based management approach in line with our organization’s goals and strategic direction in the seafood processing field in which we operate,
• Defining, measuring, and regularly reviewing the objectives of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS),
• Complying with all national and international legal and regulatory requirements, as well as fully fulfilling mutually agreed-upon conditions with our customers regarding food safety,
• Establishing effective external communication with all our stakeholders (suppliers, customers, official authorities, etc.) throughout the food safety chain and ensuring internal communication that will reinforce food safety awareness at all levels within the organization,
• Operating a continuous improvement cycle to increase the effectiveness of the FSMS in line with changing technology and sector needs,
• Defining the necessary competencies for all our employees who are directly or indirectly involved in food safety to perform their duties, and fully carrying out the necessary training and development activities to ensure and maintain these competencies,

and we accept and commit to implementing these as fundamental principles in all our processes.
